2007 was a good year for us. Our hosting environment, which completed its sixth year of operation, continued to provide stable and reliable performance for web sites, online applications and email services. Highlights from the past year include:

• 99.96% network planned uptime
  
• Migration to a new, distributed DNS server environment
• Implementation of new server reports for Linux web hosting
• Less than 10 hours of planned maintenance downtime
  
• Under 4 hours of unexpected downtime, with no data lost
  
• New failover system for our Application server
